When should I complete the DSPT?

The DSPT should be completed at least once a year. Care providers can update and republish their DSPT submission throughout the year. This will ensure that their status is up to date.

This means that, if you have a continuing healthcare contract or you already use systems that access NHS patient data, to remain compliant you need to have completed the 2021/2022 DSPT by 30 June 2022.
