This is the privacy notice of the Digital Care Hub. We are a project run by the National Care Association (which merged with the Registered Nursing Home Association) on behalf of the Care Provider Alliance.

This privacy policy applies between you, the user of this Website and the National Care Association, the owner and provider of the Digital Care Hub. The National Care Association takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website.

Scope of this privacy policy

This privacy policy applies only to the actions of the National Care Association and Users with respect to this Website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

We may share your Data with the following groups of people for the following reasons:

any of our group companies or affiliates – to ensure the proper administration of our website and business;
our employees, agents and/or professional advisors – to respond to queries submitted through our helpdesk, it may occasionally be necessary to obtain expert advice from our wider team and professional advisors. Where possible we will anonymise all queries before these are shared;

Keeping Data secure

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your Data and will only use data processors we trust to keep your data secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates to verify our identity to your browser and to encrypt any data you give us. Data retention
