CLOSED: New Digital Leadership Programme for Registered Managers

Edit 14.10.19 – The window for applications has now closed.
The National Care Forum and Skills for Care want to create a digital leadership programme specifically for registered managers working in social care. They want to develop this with registered managers to make sure the content and format are what they need. The aim is to develop registered managers’ confidence and ability to use digital technology across organisations.
Nurturing the next generation of digital leaders in social care
Developing registered managers who are confident using digital technology is key to retaining and sustaining excellent leaders in social care. Digital technology in care is developing at a rapid rate – making decisions that are person centred, cost effective, future proofed and safe is vital.

Interested in innovation, driving change and using digital tech in a person centred way? Want to influence how your organisation uses digital technology and develop your skills around digital technology?

This pilot programme consists of 4 one day sessions and is an amazing opportunity for registered managers. There is no charge for the programme and all travel expenses will be subsidised (full details on application). This is a fantastic chance to develop your career, learn as a digital leader and connect with fellow professionals in social care.

If you are a social care registered manager and would like to apply please complete this application form: Digital Leaders in Social Care application form

For any queries and questions about the Digital Leadership Programme please contact NCF Digital Transformation Lead, Tommy Henderson–Reay: [email protected] or 07384114311.
