Chiptech Go: Requesting Help

Chiptech‘s simple process for requesting help:

  1. Press and hold both buttons on your go at the same time to raise an alarm (or alarm raised automatically via fall detection)
  2. Chiptech Go sends an alert to the alarm receiving centre (ARC) and the user is updated via voice announcements
  3. An ARC operator communicates via the go speakerphone to discuss required help
  4. ARC operator knows of the user’s exact location through GPS mapping and smartcare locate software
  5. The required help is organised and directed to the users exact location
