Chiptech Go: Requesting Help
Chiptech‘s simple process for requesting help:
- Press and hold both buttons on your go at the same time to raise an alarm (or alarm raised automatically via fall detection)
- Chiptech Go sends an alert to the alarm receiving centre (ARC) and the user is updated via voice announcements
- An ARC operator communicates via the go speakerphone to discuss required help
- ARC operator knows of the user’s exact location through GPS mapping and smartcare locate software
- The required help is organised and directed to the users exact location
