Come and see us at Care Show Birmingham

September 10th 2026

We’re excited to be heading to the Care Show in Birmingham on 7 and 8 October 2026 — and this year, we’ll be doing more than ever.

Care Show Birmingham brings together care providers, sector leaders, suppliers and innovators from across adult social care. It is a great chance to hear new ideas, meet the people shaping the sector and find practical support to take back to your organisation.

You’ll find the Digital Care Hub team on stand B01 throughout the event. Come and say hello, ask us your questions and find out how we can support you with digital technology, data, cyber security and safe innovation in care.

New for this year: the Digital Care Hub Workshop Zone

For the first time, we’ll be hosting our own Digital Care Hub Workshop Zone.

Across the two days, we’ll be running short, practical sessions, live activities, demonstrations, Q&As and drop-in conversations. The zone will be a friendly space to test your knowledge, explore new ideas and get practical advice from our team and partners.

Activities will include:

  • Phishing Frenzy
  • Password Game
  • The 15-minute Cyber Escape Room
  • AI or Aye-Aye? The AI Detective Game
  • Cyber Security Myth-busting
  • Building a Cyber-aware Culture: Red Flags

As the event takes place during Cyber Security Awareness Month, we’ll be putting a strong focus on helping care providers spot everyday risks, build staff confidence and strengthen cyber resilience.

We’ll also be launching a new micro-learning resource designed to help care staff recognise cyber security risks in real time. It will give teams quick, practical prompts to support safer everyday decisions — from spotting suspicious emails to thinking twice before sharing information.

Live Ctrl+Care Podcast recording

We’ll also be recording a special live edition of our Ctrl+Care Podcast with Michelle Corrigan and Katie Thorn, exploring the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in adult social care.

Michelle Corrigan, Chief Executive at Digital Care Hub, said:

“We know care providers are dealing with digital, data and cyber security challenges every day, often while under real pressure. At Care Show Birmingham, we want to make those conversations practical, friendly and useful. Whether someone joins a workshop, takes part in one of our cyber activities or just drops by stand B01 for a chat, we want them to leave with something they can use in their own organisation.”

Whether you want to test your cyber skills, explore AI, ask a question or find practical resources for your organisation, we’d love to see you at Care Show Birmingham 2026.

Come and find us on stand B01.
