Prize draw terms and conditions
- Promoter. The promoter is Digital Care Hub CIC, a community interest company registered in England (company number 15267815), [registered address]. The survey and draw are run with Reason Digital, a digital agency working on Digital Care Hub’s behalf.
- Who can enter. The draw is open to people who are aged 18 or over, live in the UK, work for an organisation that provides adult social care in England, and have taken part in the Digital Care Hub provider survey. Employees of Digital Care Hub CIC and Reason Digital, and their immediate families, can’t enter.
- How to enter. Complete the survey, then follow the link at the end to the prize draw entry form. On the form, give your name and email address, confirm that you meet the conditions in term 2, and tick the box to enter. Entry is free and optional. You don’t have to enter the draw to take part in the survey.
- One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same person or email address will be removed.
- Dates. The draw opens on Monday 19 October 2026 and closes at 5pm on Friday 6 November 2026. Entries after that time won’t be included.
- Prizes. There are five prizes, each a £50 Love2shop voucher. There is no cash alternative. If a voucher becomes unavailable, we may offer one of equal value.
- Choosing winners. Five winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date. A member of Digital Care Hub staff will make the draw and a second person will check it.
- Telling winners. We’ll email winners within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner doesn’t reply within 14 days, we’ll draw a replacement.
- Checking winners. Before we send a prize, we’ll ask the winner to confirm by email that they meet the conditions in term 2 and to tell us the name of the organisation they work for. If a winner can’t confirm this, we’ll draw a replacement.
- Your employer’s rules. Some organisations don’t let staff accept gifts. We can send the voucher to you or to your organisation. It’s your responsibility to check your employer’s policy.
- Winners’ details. On request, we’ll share the first name and organisation of each winner, unless the winner asks us not to.
- Your survey answers. Your prize draw entry is kept separate from your survey answers, and we don’t link the two. Entering the draw doesn’t change how your answers are used. We report survey results only in summary, and never in a way that identifies you.
- Changes. We may change or cancel the draw if something outside our control makes that necessary. We’ll tell entrants if we do.
- Personal data. We’ll use your details only as set out in the privacy notice below.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
