The winners were announced by our competition sponsor – Nourish – at our Digital Care Summit London on 23 September 2026.
First place: The story isn’t finished

Second place: Rocking out at the silent disco

“Our photo shows how the use of technology can enrich the lives of our residents. We organised a silent disco as a part of our activities programme. Our residents loved picking songs and dancing around to the music. All the tech was provided by a local company and we believe that you’re never too old to use technology to have fun and keep mobile.”

Third place: Official photographer

“Stephen has a learning disability. He asked Your Voice Counts for help to improve his digital photography kills. This led us to setting up a monthly photography group for people with learning disabilities. Stephen is always the official photographer for Learning Disability Week in South Tyneside. He has done this every year since 2024. He describes Learning Disability Week as his favourite week of the year.”

People’s Choice: Choice and Control

Delegates at today’s Digital Care Summit in London also had the chance to vote for their favourite. The winning entry was Choice and Control which features Jennifer Pearl from TLAP and the National Coproduction Advisory Group, surrounded by a range of technology.
