Join the Care Innovation Challenge: Igniting Creativity for Social Care Solutions

Calling all entrepreneurs, innovators, and compassionate minds!

The National Care Forum is inviting creative individuals with a vision for the innovative future of care to apply for this years’ Care Innovation Challenge.

The Care Innovation Challenge brings together bright minds, industry experts and people with the lived experience to create a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship.

The key vision of the Challenge is to create sustainable solutions to key challenges facing the care sector, improving the lives of those who live and work in social care.

Why do we need innovation?

The sector faces complex challenges that require innovative ideas to navigate. Issues such as ageing population, workforce crises and a growing population with increasingly complex needs.

The Care Innovation Challenge seeks to identify those challenges and support you to find solutions to them.

How will the Care Innovation Challenge work?

The Challenge kicks off with the Innovation Weekend Saturday 29th – Sunday 30th June at Coventry University.

Participants will enjoy a creative weekend where they will engage in idea generation and prototype trialling.

After Innovation Weekend, participants embark on a three-month journey of invaluable mentorship and development from seasoned industry professionals in preparation for the final where they will showcase their efforts at the Care Show Birmingham in October.
