Why are we doing this work? 

We’re gathering insights and opinions to help shape our priorities for the next few years. We want to understand the digital and cyber challenges facing adult social care, the support the sector needs and how we can make our services, resources and communications as useful as possible. As part of this work, we’ve created a survey for those who work in care, legislate, fund, coordinate and/or support the sector. By completing our survey, you can help us understand what is working, where the gaps are and what Digital Care Hub should focus on next. 

This survey is focused primarily on support to care providers as the main users of Digital Care Hub’s products and services. Further work will be undertaken with technology suppliers, people drawing on care and their carers.
