We’re pleased to be part of the Social Care Summit 2026, hosted by LaingBuisson on 17 June at Church House Westminster, London.
The Social Care Summit is one of the UK’s leading strategic events for adult social care, bringing together senior leaders from across the sector – including providers, commissioners, policymakers and partners – to explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of care.
The event offers a programme of expert-led sessions, data-driven insights and panel discussions, providing a valuable space for open conversation, shared learning and practical takeaways. Delegates gain a clearer understanding of how policy, funding, workforce pressures and emerging technologies are influencing both current delivery and long-term strategy.
At this year’s Summit, Katie Thorn from Digital Care Hub will be chairing a panel discussion focused on artificial intelligence in social care. The session will explore how AI is being used across the sector, the opportunities it presents to improve care and efficiency, and the considerations organisations need to make around safety, ethics and implementation.
With AI playing an increasingly significant role in the future of health and care, this panel will bring together different perspectives to share practical experience, challenge assumptions and highlight what good looks like in practice.
Events like the Social Care Summit provide an important opportunity to connect with peers, hear from sector leaders and contribute to the wider conversation about how we build a more sustainable, high-quality and digitally enabled care system.
